Research on red grape shows that it has high antioxidant effect which is good to our body to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and . The research also proves that grapes can heal flu.

Doctor who did the research stated that eating and drinking red grapes juice ca improve the immunity system in our body to fight more than 200 types of virus. The research prove that the risk to get the flu virus reduce for 40% for those who take 14 glasses of grape juice in a week.
There is a report in American Journal Epidemiology that says red grape give more protection than white grape.The report also says that flavonoid in red grape cleanse all the chemical residue that might harm the body. The cleaning process is done by reducing the high blood pressure. The research done also found that flavonoid is capable to kill dangerous virus that gather at the nose.
Beside flavonoid, there is also other antioxidant in the grapes known as resveratrol. The function of resveratrol is to stop inflammation in our body. It also helps on reducing inflammation in the nose and heal nasal stuffiness.

During maturity process, the oil glands become more active than usual due to the change of hormonal activity. Hormones will stimulate the glands under the skin to produce more sebum until the pores clogged with sebum, dead skin and bacteria. The clogged area becomes redness and swelling, which we called acne.

There are lots of useful tips to cure acne problem and you can even treat it without using any chemical substance. It is suggested to maintain healthy lifestyle such as drinking a lot of water and eat lot of fruits and vegetables. Wash your face regularly and remember, never pick acne pimple. Most teenagers tend to pick the acne pimple because they thought it would make the acne disappear faster. 2. Do not smoke. Nicotine in cigarette can cause the heart beat faster and narrow down your blood vessel and make the heart pump harder than usual.
3. Reduce the intake of salt. Excess salt will only make your body restore more water and cause high blood pressure.
4. Reduce fatty food. Excess fat will stuck at blood vessel causing it to become narrow.
5. Maintain ideal body weight.
6. Do lots of exercise.
7. Avoid alcoholic beverages.

Snoring is a serious sleeping problem. Some people snore and it disturb other people. Snore are sometimes became a cause for divorce among American.

1. No alcohol intake before sleep

3. Change your sleep position
Have you ever see how snoring person sleep? Usually snoring person sleep with their head tilt upward and cause their head to be on higher level. In some cases, people can also snore if they sleep lying on the bed. So it is better to sleep without a thick pillow or get use to sleep on your side.
